How long does it take to inflate? What is the proper amount of PSI should you inflate this dock?

8-10 mins with the double action hand pump, depending on how fast you pump. The pump that comes with it has all the connections you need. The pump also allows you to suck the air out to quicken the process. It folds into a large duffle type carry bag with the pump that fits on a shelf in our garage.I use 10 psi. My paddle board requires 15 and this is made with a thicker and heavier material. So 10 psi has worked well for me. I did pump it up to 15 just to test it but saw little difference between 15 and 10 when I used it so I went with 10.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to clean inflatable raft? Could I leave this out on the lake all summer?

We have 2 of these island and we left both in the lake all summer. It gets gross with algae but a bit of elbow grease and soapy water took care of it.Lay the raft on a hard surface... dock, driveway lawn. Grab warm water in a bucket with dish soap. Wash and scrub with a ""soft"" brush. I use one a car wash style brush. Hard bristles will damage the soft cover. Soap and water will remove dirt and mildew but not grease.Once cleaned rinse off with a hose, medium pressure (not the jet stream), then in direct sunlight till fully dry.

Can one person transported from land to the water?

I take this in and out of the water every weekend and have a cinder block tied to the anchor hooks. I generally transport this myself, but it's much easier with two people. I have rope tied between the two anchor hooks that makes it easy to carry. It's not heavy, just big for one person. Overall this is a fantastic swimming platform; easy to store, setup, take down, easy for the kids to climb on, can hold a bunch of weight (4 adults averaging about 200 lbs all standing on it). While it's a little pricy, it's worth it in my opinion, especially when you compare it to the more permanent swim platforms.

How would you tether it to a fixed dock?

Anchor D-Rings are placed in dock 4 corners. They can be used to attach your deck to a dock, back of your boat, or anchor to a sandy bottom floor. In order to tether the inflatable dock to a fixed dock I would suggest tethering at least 2/4 d-rings to the dock. This will leave you 2 d-rings to tether your kayak to the inflatable dock.
