Easy to hang and hides keys well

Very cheap product. Does not open easily or far enough to get keys in and out without a hassle. Thermometer does not work. Stuck on 80 degrees, in January. I sure that would not get noticed by anyone. Not secure, not functional, not well designed.

This is a good idea to hide a spare key. What I don't like about this item First that' it's bulky. My opinion it could be flatter. Second it's shoddy made. I can see the glue that holds the glass temperature gauge. The plastic at the bottom is rugged not a flush closing. Very unhappy with the workmanship. I do like and I'm happy with the idea and the display. If only the workmanship was more neatly made and it was not as bulky. It's a good purchase maybe even for me despite my dislikes of the item.

It was a little larger than I expected, but works well. The idiot builder put a key lock on the outside door of the balcony in my condo. This is a perfect way to keep a key so I can't get accidentally locked on the balcony if I don't think and flip the inside toggle lock on the door. Installed easy with a couple screws (not included), that i got nearly flush to the outer wall with just enough room to hang the thermometer base and keep it from moving.

Easy to install durability

I bough this because I liked the idea of it more that a fake rock. It does do what it's intended for but is made of cheap plastic. There was still flashing on the separate halves that I had to remove before being able to hang it. Its worth is probably 1/10 of the price. I hope it lasts through the winter.
