Bought this for my father-in-law. He and my husband couldn't stop raving about how impressive this set is. Cards are high quality, pegs and metal, and the board is machine drilled to perfection. Peg storage was a little tight was the only issue, but overall the best board they've ever played on!

I'll start by saying I totally skunked my husband on our first game using this board. It clearly came with some magic or luck or something. I can't quite give it 5 stars, though, even after the epic win.This board functions well. It's nice looking and has great storage. I have played on many boards in my time (from homemade boards made in logs to a giant cribbage board and a board shaped like a toilet seat), and this one feels good and works well. The cards it came with were pleasant as well.My only gripe is that the finish quality was not quite as good as I would have expected for the price. If it had been $25, I'd definitely say it was worth 5 stars. There is a chip at the top of the board as well as some dirty spots on the track. Nothing I can't live with, but not what I would expect of a premium, >$50 cribbage board.

Metal pegs, storage for cards. elevated which is a plus. If you play cribbage or know someone that does, this is a great gift for them.

Overall, this is a great board and would recommend it to anyone looking to buy it. However, it is fairly expensive for a cribbage board and doesn't offer so much more than other boards at a much lower price-point. That being said, I did love a few features:- The elevated board has a nice feel to it (and allows for built-in storage)- The magnetic drawer is awesome - so you don't have to worry about it continually opening up when moving it around- The metal pegs are high endIf you are in search of a new board or would like to give someone a nice gift - this definitely meets the mark. But if getting a value-buy is important, there may be better products for you.
