Great switcher for the money
I purchased one of these for our church after our Tricaster died. It's not as capable but for the price it should not be. It does almost all the tricaster would do. It took myself and our media person about an hour to figure it all out and get it working. We ran into a few crashes on our first live stream. Our AV guy had the computer app open while running the switcher. Accessing both and going back and forth between them seems to have crashed it. Now he creates graphics before hand, loads them on the Deck and then closes the computer app. No crashes since. It does seem to stutter a bit if accessing the menu a lots during a program but that is probably because the streaming is pretty intensive regarding processing. For the price it is a great bang for the buck item. Very capable and just works. I scored it down a little because of the crash and the minor stutter now and then. Use it for basic switching and it's rock solid. A really good little unit for the $289 we paid. The features seem a bit misleading however. I read in multiple places to download the latest firmware to enable NDI for free. Buried deep in the wording somewhere it mentions it is only on the SDI version. We got only the HDMI version so if we want NDI it is a $70 upcharge. Don't get the HDMI version if you want the free NDI. Seeing how it lags a bit under heavy load I wonder if NDI will slow it a bit more. I still feel it is a great item for the money and performs well above the price point.

Rockin little switcher with an all in one streaming solution. Love this thing!
This switcher has a ton of bang for the buck. One of the big advantages over the ATEM mini is the ability to stream to three simultaneous platforms at once with the press of on button. Also, onboard still and GFX storage make for a professional looking on-air product.

It's amazing!
Why didn't I get this sooner. Every feature you want for less then the competition. Get on YouTube and the gostream Facebook group to learn how to really unlock the full potential of it.

No clear guide book; seller provided refund
The product may be good, but as a new user of media mixing, I find the downloadable guide horrible.Looking for beginner videos on YouTube; the ones there are for more advanced users and need to be clearer on the product setup. Searching for solutions to these setup questions online gives no clear responses.Update:I worked with the seller and am happy to say they provided me with a refund when I explained my situation. They were very responsive and kind to do so.

Good for the most part
For the price range, this HDMI switcher is good for the most part and get the job done.Video looks good (no 4K) but they definitely need to work on two major areas (1) the audio inputs and (2) simplifying the menu options and navigation.
