My mother has vertigo and got this for her . She said it doesn’t stop it completely but it’s helps a lot. Smells nice and she recommends to anyone she comes in contact with who has vertigo. I have found this works for me. Every time I feel dizziness or light headedness come on, I apply this behind my ears. I have just had about all the tests done that can be done, and they can’t find anything wrong. At least this works when there doesn’t seem to be any other answers. I keep several bottles on hand.

Edit 3/4/26 It usually does take less than 10 minutes for it to work, but I wasn’t close to it this time. By the time I got to put it on, it took 45 minutes to work. I have vertigo about once a year. I had an episode, not a spinning episode, more of the room moved slightly. Scared it would turn into a full room spin; I reached for my meclizine. I remembered I bought this roll on and had not had an episode to try it. My meds take about 20 minutes then knocks me out, so I remembered, got the roll on and put it behind my ears and back of my neck. I laid down and when I opened my eyes to get my blanket, the movement was gone. I could not believe. Of course I have only used it on a spin this once. I do use it often when I feel off balance, I love the smell. Not that I want to have another episode, but I'm keeping this handy to test it out again.

I bought this to take on a cruise, it definitely helps however I would say I have found other things that help more. The positive is it is a great way to get immediate relief versus patches or pills.
