Like this remote much better than the one that came with my TCL Google TV. Like having the volume key on the front of the remote better than on the side.

It's not the exact replacement.
It works with my Google TV, and it resembles the remote that came with it, but the buttons are in different places.

Good replacement remote
My new TCL TV did not ship with a remote in the box and TCL customer service was good at sending a replacement, however the whole process would take about a week. I purchased this cheap alternative remote and it arrived the next day allowing me to use the new TV. Now I have a backup should the TCL version break and/or get lost.

Easy replacement!
This remote works for our Google TCL that I misplaced the remote to. The setup was super simple and didn’t require any reading or research. Very pleased with the purchase!

Not quite
Saw all the good reviews and got it for our TCL Series 8 Google TV.Out of the gate, everything worked (without pairing) except Google Assistant.Then paired it and while Assistant works, most of the other functions no longer do. Volume and mute but no settings, or quick access buttons.Be warned.

DOA on arrival
the remote felt like a decent one, but it was DOA when received, so I can not talk about the function, just the build.
