Holds your equipment in place / Easy to adjust when needed
I use my phone as a web cam. This device is sturdy, flexible and stays in place when the knob is tightened. It's a little more than the less than $20 phone holders out there but it makes up for everything all the others lack! Mine is mounted above my computer and it is easy to move as necessary. I love it so much, I bought a second one to use for an old phone I set up to be a teleprompter. The phone holder it self doesn't come with it so make sure to get one that has a screw adjustment instead of spring loaded.

Fast two-handed operation. Slow one handed operation.
This arm can be easily placed where you want it, if you have two hands free. But if you are using a gimbal or have one hand otherwise occupied, adjusting this gimbal. The one thumb-screw operation make it fast, if you can bring both hands to bear on the adjustment.I use it on a gimbal. This means that I have to more carefully plan my shots and adjust my field monitor for the next shot. But moving my field monitor around, after I begin shooting a clip can be very difficult.That said, this is a very sturdy arm for accessories – even heavy accessories. I use it with a rather heavy 7-inch field monitor, attached to a gimbal and it is solid as a rock. I just wish it were a little easier to adjust. But I still recommend it.

Works great for a mini projector...
Used it to install a mini projector in our camper. Works great, tucks away when not in use. Small enough to not be in the way.

Very helpful to hold small items
The media could not be loaded. Sturdy enough to hold small lights etc, but not sturdy enough to hold bigger items.

Stays where you put it!! I do a TON of UGC video work...
I do a TON of UGC video work and unboxing and I got this to replace another unit that was more complex and came loose all the time. I love this unit!!

It Fell Apart Immediately
I have had this thing out of the box for less than 10 minutes. I was attaching it to my tripod for the first time when it began to fall apart. This may very well be the worst and cheaply made product I've ever received from an Amazon order.Had it for less than 10 minutes and I'm already calling Amazon for a full refund. I strongly recommend purchasing another product.
