I bought this chair for work. First one of the castors bent, I contacted the seller and they sent 2 new castors out to me. Then another castor bent, so I replaced that, then a 3rd one, so I bought 5 heavy duty castors to keep as back ups. Then today one of the legs cracked. I wouldn't recommend this chair if your a bit on the large side as the plastic isn't very strong. Will be buying another chair soon, that's made for fatties, as clearly this chair isn't.
