LEAKS! Amazon ignored request for replacement part!
Went through all the motions of assembling system, only to turn the water back on and find that the line leaks where the threaded end(fitting) connects to the flex line. Product defective and "product support" ignored my request for a replacement! Amazon is a scam....cancelling Prime!

Convenient for installation... but came in damaged
This is a super convenient kit if you're a DIYer and aren't good at measuring PVC, CPVC, etc, and/or don't feel like using the piping. A big time saver. Sturdy product.The kit I received had a broken seal. It's supposed to have a minor gap but this one was completely broken. Thankfully the water filtration system had two spares that fit the steel tubing perfectly.

Best Deal for Water Softener Replacement Parts
I purchased a barely used water softener and required the components to hook it up which I found easily on Amazon. The pieces were listed as "slightly used," but they were actually as good as new. I'm so fortunate that Amazon had these parts available!! I now have an almost brand-new water softener with almost brand-new components!! What a sweet deal!! The package arrived on time, in pristine condition and I couldn't be happier.
