This mat has all basic features required for mat.- anti-skid- EVA material is good- sturdy strap (according to this mat)- beautiful design- light weight

A nice and decent product. Has some form and vibrant in colour. It is portable and wide enough. Fits for light use.

No grip, keeps slipping
The mat is like a sheet, it’s super thin and even if you get a little sweaty there’s no grip. When you are doing surya namaskar, it keeps moving away and slipping under your feet. Not worth it, go for another brand.
