Brilliant does a good job ,It will be better if the fill lines was in a red or black ,also the bottom, as I had to use a marker pen so I could see and it didn't run dry.cleand feather pillows with it.and they came up like new,dried in the tumbel and came out like new,used the condenser water to fill up the steamer, so recycling at same time.

I cant give stars. As it is a great steamer and does really well at doin the jobs i need it 2 do its just its a lilttle bit on the small side but that fine it does really well and this is me bein honest i have had loads of steamers ie little yello steamer, vax steamer, h2o mop steamer and a few more and they are rubbish or really akward 2 use. This steamer is really good. I only have 1 issue the handle on mine does get really hot and not ment 2 but i just use rubber gloves so i u do buy just be a little bit careful of that so these are the few reasons i cant go 5 stars

This very little machine is ok for extremely small jobs. Will not tackle heavy duty or soiled applications. Time wise it would be quicker in some circumstances to clean the old fashioned way.

Initially I was pleased with this steamer it did all I wanted it to do . The third time I used it the pipe into the handle split pushing scalding hot steam onto my hand and wrist . The burn was large and painful .
