Good product does what it’s supposed to do

This is a flat round uncoated tablet. Great price for the count. Will purchase again.

Unfortunately this product was not for me and it’s the reason I no longer take DIM. My usual brand was out of stock so I tried this brand…sadly after I started using this product I began having crazy headaches for a week straight. I never get headaches and since they began immediately after taking this supplement I know it’s the cause.The company was amazing and refunded my order with no issues after I informed them of the issue, so that’s why I’m giving it 3 stars. It may just not be for my body because I’ve had success with DIM controlling my hormonal break outs, just not with this brand. I tried another brand shortly after and I also got headaches from that brand, so I’m no longer taking any DIM at all. This probably could work for some people but sadly it’s not for me!

I'm a person who really struggles to take pills, and I've been this way my entire life. I've kind of resolved myself to capsules and hard bills, and in fact the first DIM supplement I had was in capsule form, but I was REALLY excited to see that these come in soft gels. They're so much easier to swallow. I love that you can see inside them because the gel lining is pretty sheer - it's a small measure of independent quality control that I appreciate because ordering supplements on the internet can feel really sketchy. Mine definitely did not melt in transit but I saw someone else's did and I can 100% see how that could happen because they do have a soft, tacky-adjacent nature to them, so knowing that, I definitely will not be ordering in the summer. But they're working great for me for now and I think it's an excellent deal for 120!

I purchased this product and have been taking it for 5 weeks now. It took a few days but then I felt a significant change in my mood. Instead of feeling bla in the morning, I felt more like my old self. I was well rested, felt motivated, and had an overall positive attitude. A week or so after that my cravings reduced, I felt more satisfied with meals and snacks, resulting in an overall calorie reduction without thinking much about it. I am down 7 pounds, my hot flashes are not gone but are much less frequent and last for a shorter amount of time. I am sure it does not work for everyone but for me, it was an unexpected and pleasant surprise.

I'm telling as many people as I can to check out DIM capsules 1xday. I saw immediate response - good response to products.
