Classy set very suitable as a gift
I bouht this for my son as a giftas he had been using "basics" at uni which had started to tarnish. I wanted somethng simple and sturdy. These arrived looking very expensive and very sturdy. My son loved them and reports they feel restuarant quality. The simple yet classy design adds to this.... I would recommend

Nice design
Very elegant design and good weight, this cutlery set is finally staying in my drawers after few past failures of purchases. The shininess starts to fade after few months but I believe that it is normal, I am using standard washing up liquid so I am not expecting incredible duration. Definitely not disappointed

Uncomfortable fork
I only took 1 fork and one knife out of the box so that’s what I’ve based my review on. The finish looks very good and they are medium weight. The length is good. I spent AGES looking for the right set, and this isn’t it. The problem is the acute angle on the bottom of the fork, which made it extremely uncomfortable to hold when mimicking an eating motion as it dug into my palm, so I’m having to return the set. The search for a reasonably priced set with a 23-24cm knife and a comfortable fork continues…
