Not a knife pro but feels very good in hand. a bit heavier than my other knives (IKEA ones) but feels more robust and very sharp out the box.

I love this knife so much! I hope it lasts a long time. It feels just sturdy and well made. But it really is a work of art:) I recommend the RASSE Chefs knife to all chefs. As a chef, I work 60 hour weeks and this will make life so much easier. Thankyou for the most important kitchen tool of all! It passed the test when cutting all food. I also liked how easily it maneuvered around curves when cutting away butternut squash skin and citrus rinds.

Sharp and Beautiful!
Really impressed with this knife. It's incredibly sharp out of the box, looks great, and has a nice weight. The rosewood handle feels fantastic. Highly recommend!
