Twice I ordered but I didn't recieved soldering tips.In discription 3 soldering tips included in this package

I received this through the Amazon Vine Program. I assumed because of the listing that I was getting an entire kit but I got everything but the actual soldering iron. The station itself is nice would have been nicer with the actual soldering iron. This is a good product.

What it is: Precision soldering station with LED display/controller in anodized aluminum case, handle rest with sleep mode connector and tip cleaning station, grounding strap for controller with alligator clip, power cable, instructions.Why I like it: J was looking forward to putting this to use in my portable electronics repair kit and test bench. However, I ran into 2 big issues: First, the handle rest stand connects to the controller with a cable (banana plugs on each end). When I inserted the cable into the stand, the rivet broke due to the weak materials. I solved the problem by reassembling it with a nut from a parts drawer. Second, the kit did not come with the JBC C210 soldering tip for the handle that was pictured with the original listing. In purchasing several portable soldering irons and workstations, I have never had one not include the soldering iron tip. So, I cannot review the soldering station’s capabilities and precision until I track one down. Once I receive it, I will revise my rating. Until then, it looks really nice!**9/17/23 Update**I ordered a JCB C210 020 tip separately. Installation was easy—it’s a slip fit. Once that was done, I powered up the unit. Configuration was also easy. I’m primarily using it in working mode, so I configured the temps in °F, and set the temp for working with 60/40 rosin core solder. It came up to temperature quickly and held stable for my test soldering. I’ve increased the rating to 3 stars to reflect this. Overall, it’s proven reliable once I installed a soldering tip and repaired the connection jack on the desk stand.
