Hamilton Beach Stainless Steel 12 Cup Coffee Percolator

Q: does it have any plastic parts??

The inside of the coffee pot has a plastic looking part right where the heating element is, I'm not sure if it is epoxy or resin or what, it just looks like plastic to me so I am immediately returning it.

Q: What's the voltage in this percolator? I want it for use in Europe and would rather have it at 220V. Otherwise I'll have to use a transformer
