It’s great to have access to quality products at my finger tips. These salts are incredible for promoting healing and detoxing.

I have been using the oils, but the first time I used these flakes, I soaked in the bath right before bed. Had a great night sleep. awoke with no aches or soreness. really helps!

I used to purchase this at Whole Foods & they stopped stocking it. Magnesium Chloride is the best for overall health support !!! I have tried many types & keep coming back to this brand. Note.. the stuff sold at other stores is usually Magnesium Sulfate & not Magnesium Chloride-- BIG difference !!!! You can't go wrong with Health & Wisdom-- be sure to also purchase the Magnesium Oil with Aloes as well !!!!

After 10-15 minutes of soaking in these crystals, I feel a noticeable reduction in the pain in my back and legs.

One 2 tablespoon scoop is all that is needed. No real scent-which is nice that way. Doesn’t take up so much room for same results as whole cups of salts.

Good so far....will purchase again.

The seal was open and the container was broken. I payed $80 for three and received one. The product inside doesn’t look like what this product is supposed to look like. Fraud!
