Really don't know how these blankets work but for £10 my menopause life has changed. I was sick to death of being soaked every night in bed. Getting up to use the loo then getting back into a wet bed is absolutely awful and my sleep was very disturbed and I was constantly shattered. Since getting this blanket I don't have wet sheets anymore. If I use the loo by the time I get back into bed this blanket is dry. It's very cool to sleep on and it's so thin you hardly know it's there. Its so easy to wash this blanket everyday than a full bed change and it drys so quick. I even took mine away on holiday with me and it easily fitted into my case. I bought the smallest one and that is enough for me. Ladies I cannot recommend this enough for our night sweats. Money WELL spent.

It’s good I’m not sure that it makes you cooler but you don’t over heat

doesnt cool is a light weight blanket after 1 wash all the fibres are coming out and covered next load of washing

Lovely & lightweight, beautiful colour

This is a lovely blanket & it’s very thin & lightweight however the material used is shiny & does make it a bit too warm. The only times it’s remotely cooling is either when you just get under it or when it’s slide off the bed which if your like me & fidget in your sleep is often especially with the shiny fabric.

Just what I wanted. Good quality and good price.I can't use a duvet as even 1 tog is too heavy for my legs. This blanket is jus the right weight. and pretty too.
