Units work well for they are, however, they all appear to come with the same network MAC address, so if they are on the same network this will cause issues, I am also have an issue with the HDMI Output on a long HDMI Cable locking up the unit ( 20ft+ ) recommended not to use long HDMI cables on the output side. update: manufacture helped resolve mac address duplicate issue, there is a hidden telnet command you can use to modify the mac address if you have a conflict. revised my review to 5 stars for support feedback.

Very useful and easy to use. It works as a really big HDMI DA. Makes for a great backup for big systems with lots of output devices.

The ability to control the matrix via a web gui on a Network makes this great value. Love the scenes feature that allows you to preset inputs and outputs. Works great with Bit-Focus companion to recall scenes and more. Some latency but for a purpose more than acceptable.

I use this in my man cave to control 8 televisions including my 135inch projector. Currently using 6 of the sources. Easy to use and change different sources on different outputs. I haven't noticed any lag or quality issues.

I use these types of matrix switchers professionally and I was looking for something to use at home to avoid endless splitters and adapters to route different devices around and this works very well. The manual isn't perfect but it's good. Switching is super easy and saving and recalling preset scenes is too. The remote works great. I didn't use the IR extenders. Picture and sound are beautiful. I didn't even have to set EDID or deal with any DHCP compatibility issues. Everything just worked when I plugged them in. Be sure you're using quality cables if you have problems. For my setup, I have 4 inputs: Comcast cable box, security cameras, a MacPro, and a game system. Only using three outputs: TV, a smaller monitor that usually shows the cameras, and an HDMI transmitter that sends a feed to the kitchen's HDMI receiver that feeds the kitchen TV. Being able to switch sources and recall scenes makes it so easy to mix and match what goes where. I love being able to keep an eye on the cameras while the dog is outside and I'm cooking, or sending the game to the TV and the kitchen so I can walk around and not miss anything. A built-in webpage that would allow control using a browser on my phone would be so choice! That's the only addition I'd love to see.

Only the first switch works. It took too long for me to figure out the problem I had been out of the country and just traveling a lot. Unfortunately, I can’t return it after paying good money for it.. beware of this product.

This 4x4 matrix does exactly what I needed for a great price. I am using this product to switch 4 inputs between 3 outputs in the same room. Switching is simple and fast and the picture quality is still great. While setting up the unit, I had some issues with the audio that seemed inconsistent and confusing. I reached out to support via email and they were very responsive and helpful. They helped me understand how the unit was supposed to work, uncovered that there was an issue, and immediately offered to replace the unit. Everyone I interacted with was super polite and made it a very simple process.

I love the switcher: it's heavy and solid. Easy connections. I like the lit buttons and confirmation beeps when you press something or select a source. The redundant menu display on the front is great. The software works well and is customizable, if not dated looking. But it all works flawlessly and has no degradation of signal or wonky stuff like I've had with other units.

Great box that works amazing. The size is a bit wide than the standard ones so make sure you have the space to put it. Otherwise from that it's an amazing box
