I purchased this Dutch oven specifically for sourdough bread making, and I absolutely love it! First off, the color is gorgeous – it adds such a vibrant pop to my kitchen. The oven is a perfect weight, sturdy but not too heavy to handle, and it heats evenly, which is essential for great bread. Cleaning has been a breeze, too; the enameled surface makes it so easy to wipe down after baking. Best of all, my sourdough bread has turned out absolutely delicious every time. This Dutch oven has become an essential part of my baking routine, and I couldn’t be happier with it!

I needed to get a Dutch oven to start making bread like so many other people are doing. But I also wanted one for soups and I wanted it to match my kitchen, which is white and gold. This was cheaper than most of the models so I did not have high hopes, but it is great quality really easy to cook in and clean. I’ve already made a chicken stock, chicken soup, a pasta dish and two types of bread and it looks so clean and works so well.

Big, beautiful cookery. I purchased this instead of a pressure cooker. It heats evenly which is important because of its size. The lid solidly seals in the heat. The ceramic coating is thick and cleans easily with warm soapy water. No need to oil the pot as part of its upkeep. It is heavy so care should be taken lifting a full pot. Cools slowly so food stays warm for a good while.

I love this Dutch Oven!!! I ordered it in orange, and the color is beautiful. So far twice that I've used it to prepare Hungarian Goulash and a Sunday Italian Tomato Sauce, Perfection! Unfortunately, the first time instead of using a wooden or silicone spoon, I used my old familiar stainless steel one. Bad move! It left scratches on the inside enamel; except for after that my good ole and trusty, 'Bar Keepers Friend' powder came to the rescue and removed them with a good elbow cleaning! Buy it, and I guarantee you won't regret this purchase!

This is a great pot for soups, pot roasts, and anything else requiring a pot that can be used on both the stove top and in the oven. The pot both retains heat and distributes it evenly due to the heavy bottom. Nothing sticks and it cleans easily.Just note, the pot itself is heavy so be careful, especially on a glass flat-top range, and any time you are moving it around.

This is a great item to purchase if you want to get a generational type pot bad thing about this is that it easily stains on the inside. Great thing is it retains heat extremely well.
