This took more than a second to put together because the pictures on the little 'installation instruction' page were not very clear. You had to look a little closer to ensure you were putting things on the right way. Once you pass that small hurdle, I'd say it took just a couple of minutes to put together.This is a super-simple machine. The white plastic parts on it seem a bit thin, but then when you use them they seem to work just fine. The only issue I really had with it was that the timer you kind of set on there with a magnet does not stick well (mine didn't, anyway). I got my own earth magnet with a sticker on it and stuck it to the timer and then magnet to the screw on the bar and -presto- it worked just fine. I wish it had been a bit better in that regard.The little blue foam piece for your knees is much appreciated. That is the only difficult part of this - being on your knees is a touch difficult after awhile. But I really liked this, and the spring back? Like a boomerang - it came right back at ya. Works great, and lets you concentrate on getting that great ab workout.Overall, I definitely recommend this - I'm going to be sore tomorrow but that's a GOOD sore! :)

This automatic rebound ab roller wheel is pretty straight forward. Once I had everything together, I had a difficult time matching the connecting arms in the center with the screw. I had to push the pieces together, insert the washer and then the screw. It kept going in crooked and then I had a difficult time taking it out again to redo it. What should have taken no longer than 5 mins, took me 20 to 30 mins. After all is said and done, the ab roller works well. It does rebound and comes with a mat for your knees, a place to put your cell phone and it has a timer.

The media could not be loaded.  My husband uses the other ab roller which isn't beginner friendly in my opinion. This gives me the added support I need to get my abs together and not cause extra strain on my back. I can feel it too. The setup was easy too. Took between 5-10 mins.

First off, my ab roller arrived used. I can see the discoloration and faded color print on the handle bars. It came completely unassembled so you'll have to put the pieces together. It falls apart easily when in use and screams cheap all around. This is going to the trash and I wish I could gift it to someone but it would be a disappointment if anyone received this as a gift. Hard pass.

I was wrong I’ve use this rebound AB roller many of times and it’s worked perfectly. From Vasrou this well built ab roller has rubber wheels that will not slip on your floor it also comes with a pad for your knees, it does have a timer as well and a place to put your cell phone for whatever reason that may be but my favorite attribute to this is it has supports for you to place your arms on to relieve the stress on your joints thus making it much more smoother to use and to help avoid injuries like with using a regular ab roller with no supports.
