I 've used this Brain Boost supplement for 15 days, I can feel the slight improvement in my short term memory. Due to my long term illnesses, I've taken lots of medication prescribed by many doctors & as a result my memory declined. Prior to taking these Brain Boost pills, I have problems remembering the thought that I had 5 minutes ago, and names or events. After 15 days, it seems these supplements help with remembering. I've just placed my 2nd bottle order, I hope with the consistent dosage use of this supplement, my memory will get better each day & I also practice words and numbers puzzle for my memory exercise. I hope my review will help many out there , as they have helped me in finding this Brain Boost supplement. Thank you!

Messes with my blood pressure

I'm not convinced this product is doing anything. Maybe I'm swayed by the fact that there were typographical errors on the label: They list a "serving size" as two (2) capsules, with 30 servings per container of 60, but the directions say to "take one (1) capsule a day", not two. Also the herb St. John Wort is listed, but the correct name is St. John's Wort. There are a couple other technical spelling errors which may seem too nit-picky, but my opinion is that if you are going to market any kind of medication or supplement, you better be dead-on with every detail regarding name, strength, and directions for use. If you can't even spell your own ingredients right, are the milligram amounts also incorrect?.....Which is ironic for a company marketing a product that allegedly "boosts memory, focus & clarity", "enhances brain function", and provides "cognitive enhancement". Either they don't use their own product or it really doesn't work at all.

My daughter has ADHD and has a hard time concentrating. Before we got her on prescription medication she started taking this and could really tell that it really helps her focus. Now I am using it too. It really does work.

This product has helped with my short term memory. I have noticed an improvement, however you have to do small exercises like crossword puzzles or simple math problems to really get the maximum benefits.

Can't feel that it really does anything to help.

I've been using this product for over 30 days with absolutely no effect. However, I am smarter today. I know not to buy this product.

I returned it today because Brain Boost was not effective for mom and she had a negative reaction to it. I was so hoping it would help her on her but realize when she is not focused, she is restlessness and need more sleep and/or her B12, Omega 3, D and Calcium vitamins or her multivitamin, Alive for 50+ which gives her everything to keep her on top of her game if she's had adequate sleep.
