Great size for capacity, feature packed (wish it had Bluetooth though)
Awesome power bank. Love that it shows output and input power. Has a trickle charge setting for devices that don't draw much and may not otherwise activate the power bank (Like airpods etc)Pros: great size for capacity, speeds, screen read out, costCons: device seems to say 100% charged yet continued to draw 18 watts for some time until it dropped off. This tells me it's still charging despite it saying 100%.Tl;dr: great power bank. Leave it charging even after it says 100%, it's not fully charged yet.4.5/5 stars because of that little quirkI also wish, if they weren't gonna include Bluetooth, at least let us limit the output and input power.

convenient and compatible. Attached battery life test: good on iphone and mac, while fair on ipad
The Anker Prime Power Bank is extremely convenient and compatible! I bought it on amazon prime day and got a deal. Worth it.It boasts a hefty 20K capacity and a 200W output, making it easy to carry during travel and fit in plane luggage. It's lightweight, so carrying it or slipping it into your backpack for anytime use is effortless. It's compatible with all my devices, significantly simplifying my tech life. I've used it with my iPhone, Samsung, and particularly my MacBook and iPad without any hitches. It can even charge the Apple Watch with the appropriate charger.Battery life test (By charging the device from 5% to 30%):The device: iphone12p ipad2020 mac 13 airbattery decrease 5.8% 25.1% 40.5%Speed test: It's comparably fast to using a plug (though, charging the iPad is slower than expected).Overall, it's compatible with the iPhone and MacBook, but the iPad charging didn't meet my expectations. The digital display is a standout feature, showing the exact remaining battery life so I always know precisely how much charge is left—no more guessing. With multiple ports, including USB-C and USB-A, I can charge several devices simultaneously. This power bank is a lifesaver for anyone who needs their devices charged on the go.

battery failed, mocked and ridiculed by customer support
My battery failed after a dozen or so charge cycles at which point the battery would, when fully charged, just start to drain itself while nothing is plugged in. Within about 24 hours the battery, sitting on a table with nothing connected would be fully depleted.I contacted customer support for troubleshooting and resolution, they provided solutions that were ignorant of the actual issue, suggesting that I am dumb enough to have left something plugged in and then complain that the battery is being deletedThen they finally agree to do a warranty replacement. They give me a return shipping label for USPS priority mail. When I go to drop off the return package, they reject it saying that I cannot use this shipping label to ship lithium ion batteries. I update customer support about this, they tell me to go try more USPS locations in hopes that someone will accept it. I spend hours driving around multiple USPS branches, no one will accept it. They then tell me to try another shipping company and pay with my own money and they will reimburse me later. I once again drive for hours looking for a UPS or FEDEX location that will accept the package. In the email, they mock me saying "good luck" as though the task of getting this package to them is some sort of prank. Finally after arguing with a FedEx shipping center employee, they accept the package. They now refuse to give me a tracking number for the replacement item, saying it's too early but also saying in the same email that the replacement had already been "released." I also have not received any indication of confirmation of a pending refund.Terrible experience. Don't deal with customer support if you have an issue, just return the item as defective. They will make it as hard as possible for you to get a solution. Read to the reviews, this is not on par with the Anker quality that I have known.

Initial impressions...good charger, but it can get toasty while charging
Just received this one, the latest in a number of power banks I've purchased from Anker over the years. I wanted one with enough power to charge a laptop on the go, among other things, and this will do it.I did not purchase the high-power charging base, because I already have an Anker 727, and an Anker cable rated for 100 watts. When I received the power bank, it had only 7% of charge on the battery. This is perfect, because it gave me a chance to test the charging performance right away. Within a few seconds of connecting the power bank to the 727, the charge rate kicked up to near the full 100w power, and charging stayed here for about 15 minutes, before the temperature regulation kicked in, and reduced the charge rate to a still-respectable 50 watts. By then, the power bank was near 40% full. It took less than 90 minutes for it to go the rest of the way to full charge. Now, with great power, comes great heat, so be careful. Even with properly-rated cables, the cable will get a little warm, but the plug ends will get very warm--almost hot. So, be careful when handling it, and be careful not to keep it near anything heat sensitive. This also means you need to choose your charging cables carefully, and a short cable, properly rated, comes in the package. As a giver of power, rather than a receiver of power, it seems to be up to almost any task I throw at it. On its own, it will power my laptop (and charge its own internal battery) for about 90-120 minutes. As a cell phone charger, I estimate that I could get about four full charge cycles off of it. Small USB devices will run forever (well, almost). The size is manageable. It's densely packed with batteries, so expect it to have some weight to it.Overall, I have a good first impression of the pack. I'm hopeful that I can get a few years of good service out of it.
