Update: We have now had four different mattresses shipped to us by Amazon for Live and Sleep, and only three times did we receive the correct mattress. The first time we received a regular queen mattress instead of the short, RV queen version. The second time (as denoted below) we ordered a short RV 10-inch queen, and kept the regular queen because we liked the mattress; only we received a 12-inch version in error--but didn't realize this until a couple of months later because we didn't use the RV. We then ordered a 10-inch king but received an 8-inch king instead. After calling up Live and Sleep's excellent customer service, Amazon sent us the correct 10-inch version. As "side sleepers", we love the amount of "plush" firmness of our mattresses, but recommend double checking the box labels before opening it up, or even call Live and Sleep's customer service to be certain. However the third time, the mattress was an eight-inch (thick) incorrectly marked as a ten inch. But never fear, between the excellent customer service teams of both Live and Sleep as well as Amazon, you will be certain to get the correct one. To contact Live and Sleep's customer service, just go to their company web site and they will take care of you. Count us as "Live and Sleep" fans, we now have three friends that have bought their mattresses based on our recommendation. Buying a mattress can be a very frustrating experience--especially via mail order, the only way to get the most value for your money. We ordered a 12" short queen Classic Plush Memory Foam mattress for our RV just before we left on a six week trip. Unfortunately, we were shipped a regular queen (80 inches long instead of 75 inches long) which made it hard to get in the sleep area of our RV, but it was too late to deal with before we left on our trip. While using it during the six weeks, my wife and I fell in love with it, liking it even better than the $2800 mattress we have at home on our bed. It is soft, yet firm enough to support you, much like $4,000 mattresses sold by leading manufacturers. I contacted Live and Sleep's customer service area and proposed that we order another short queen and that they give us a credit to rectify the error for shipping the regular queen, which we would move to our home bedroom, which they did. However, we have two RVs (one which is retired on an island lot and used as a second home) and we may have yet to buy another short queen! Highly recommended for the money, but be sure you get the right size by checking the outside of the box before you open it.

I live in the Panhandle of Florida where Hurricane Michael wreaked massive destruction on October 10, 2018. My home was damaged during the storm and is about to undergo extensive repairs. I will be living in a camper in my backyard until everything is done. Most camper beds are uncomfortable at best; those in my camper are downright torturous for my old bones. I purchased this cool bed so that perhaps I will be able to once again sleep like the dead without the commitment. :) So far I'm not disappointed. First, the packaging for the mattress was on point. It came in a long slim box, the mattress itself tightly wrapped twice in heavy plastic. There were instructions included on how to unpack it, which was very helpful. Once unpacked, the mattress immediately started expanding and within minutes was nearly to its full height of eight inches. It was very comfortable, with just the right amount of plush on top of the right amount of firmness. Furthermore, it redistributed body heat which is paramount for me, living in the hot humid climates of Florida. Accompanying the mattress was a free pillow that took a little longer to expand. I haven't used this yet for sleeping, but at first blush it feels comfy and nice. Finally, the pricing was definitely a selling point for me. I'm going to have to replace my home mattress once my home is finished, so I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a camper mattress. If this mattress holds up over the next six months of camper living, I'll definitely be back, ordering a queen to replace my home bed. Thank you for the very fast shipping too!

Thank you, my husband and I slept very well on our last trip, the product arrived on time without any odor. The mattress is firm yet feels soft and comfortable. We had no issues with tempature, being to hot or cold, in either the hot dessert or the cold mountains nights. We were able to climb in and out of bed in our RV without waking each other. The bonus pillow was a pleasent surprise. We have tried many types of pillows, some very expensive, trying to find one that doesn't cause pain. My husband has had some neck surgury. The pillow is now on our bed at home. The mattress fit the travel trailer fit the the platform, our sheets fit the mattress well. Great mattress, so appreciatied the option of the Queen short being avialable on Prime with 2 day shipping.

The mattress that came with my travel trailer was terrible. Way too firm with support in all the wrong places. It’s in the dumpster at the campground now. I used it for only 2 nights. It was that bad. Anything would have been better. A friend I’m camping with suggested Live and Sleep and it’s one of the most comfortable mattresses I’ve ever owned. Just soft enough and firm where it needs to be. I’m 260 lbs and I was a little concerned that an 8” mattress would be too thin and I’d feel the plywood base when I’m sleeping on my side. Nope! It’s perfect. I received no free anything to encourage this review. I use reviews to help with the research when I’m purchasing something like this online and I really appreciate a honest review. This is a great product. Perfect for my RV and someday, when it’s time to buy a new mattress for the house, I’ll take a close look at Live and Sleep’s standard sized products.

i like that my neck stop hurting and my back . i wake up and im not in pain. its comfortable and i love it. i wish i could of got one thicker. but its fine for me im 115 pounds. my daughter sleeps in in with me sometimes she is about 70 pounds its not flattened by two people. it did not have a bad odor on opening it. i let it sit two days and i slept on it and it smelled fresh. If they wanted it back or offered me my money bacj i would say no i want the bed!!!
