My friend was getting married and he wanted us all to wear the 9-blue paisley/flower set. I was pretty underwhelmed when I saw these on Amazon. I was like, well, they're only ~$15 so why not...plus, it's one of my best friends so I should comply so I fit in seeing as I was the best man as well...haha.When these came in the mail they were packaged in cheap plastic and I wasn't impressed at all. I tried them on and they fit and worked well. I used them for the wedding and reception and I got a lot of compliments on them. You can't go wrong when the ladies are complimenting you. ;-)The construction is adequate and the materials are inexpensive which is why you can get this for so cheap. But overall, it'll do the job and it's worth the money. I like that they have so many options and color variations. I am glad they had a tutorial on how to tie a bow tie otherwise I'd have been crap out of luck...haha. I don't know how to do that!! Haha. I'm 6'2" and 250 lbs. The suspenders fit great. The bow tie fit around my large 17 1/2" neck. And the pocket square fit perfectly in my standard pocket. Haha. Bought one set as a sample for my groomsmen. The quality is so lovely and I love the blue floral pattern so much that I bought the matching tie set for my fiance to wear on our wedding day. I plan to order the rest of the suspenders soon (where is bulk discounts at? lol).The only thing I did not like -and this is based on my personal preference- are the double clips in the front. I cut the skinny leather straps off and attached one clip per side to the leather hoops (I prefer the straight flow look from suspender straps to pants without the u shape gap). I left the back as a double clip for extra support and the extra 1-2 inches for the tall boys plus their backsides won’t be in my wedding photos!

I bought this for my daughter's boyfriend to wear to her homecoming dance. The plan was to match his outfit to her dress. This matched perfectly! The packaging that it came in was nice. The whole set was really cute. It came with the bowtie, the suspenders, and the hanky. My daughter watched a video on how to tie a bowtie. I think she did a good job, but he ended up just wearing the suspenders only. Still super cute! The price was decent too. Much cheaper than at the store and nicer looking too. Very happy with this purchase.

Returned - it’s a nice tie but it has a brown back ground instead of black. It appears black in the pictures.

I bought this item for my Dad to wear at a formal event. The man's idea of "formal" is closed-toed shoes, so this was a good addition to his limited wardrobe. The colors complimented the rest of his outfit and he enjoyed the paisley pattern. This set came with all the accessories to take his classic tux to the next level, and for a very reasonable price. We took so many pictures, and enjoyed a formal night out as a family, which became a rare and treasured memory.

Each piece of the set looks to be well-made, except the pocket square's hem could be sewn better, and the suspender ends are synthetic leather. Also, as I use buttons for my suspenders, I've had to replace the clip-on straps for button-on straps. It should be noted that I found some variance in the neck sizes on the tie; I have three of the Hisdern self-tie bow ties, & only one of them was 16 1/2 when adjusted to that size. That being said, I'm satisfied with my purchase, and recommend these.

This bow tie and suspenders were such great quality. The bow tie has to be tied but it looked so good. It looked a lot nicer than the clip on ones other teenagers wore. My son wore it to homecoming. The suspenders were awesome as well. I would order from this vendor again for my son or husband. Excellent quality. Can't say enough!!

Great product and quality. 2 stars because I order 15 of them in black paisley for my wedding party. 3 of them were blue. So 3 people didn't match the rest of the wedding party. Nothing I could do about it. I guess I should've open every single one and checked them before the wedding day.

A great looking set.1. The clips had small fibres of fabric that needs to be peeled out, the same way as some shirts do. Also the elastic part in the back is non adjustable, which for some may be a deal breaker.2. The bow tie looks good and feels well made.3. The pocket square looks good yet it feels mote rough. A surprise came when flipping it over. It looks almost as you could use the back side as well. I have never seen this at such a low price point, so kudos to Hisdern.

THE PRODUCT IS MADE OUT OF CLOTH MATERIAL WITH NO ELASTICITYDIFFICULT TO REMOVE AND PUT BACK ONTHE CLIPS ARE SO TIGHT THAT I HAVE TO USE A SCREW DRIVER TO OPEN THEMTHE ANCHORING CLIPS HAVE A PLASTIC TYPE MATERIAL WHICH GETS TWISTED EACH TIME YOU REMOVE IT FROM THE TROUSERS.I HAVE BEEN WEARING BRACES FOR OVER 10 YEARS AND HAVE HAD MANY PAIRS - THIS PAIR HAS BEEN THE WORST.

The item arrived very quickly.The braces and bow tie are perfect, looking forward to using these soon.

Bought these for my dad as a gift for a cruise (dinner at the captains table). He loved them and wanted them in other colours.The fastenings were very steadfast too
