This is a wonderful product. The bike so far has lived up to everything. It was supposed to only problem is when I go to wash it, or the bike gets extremely wet the controller malfunctions. Customer support has been very helpful each time I’ve reached out to them they’ve taken care of the problems no questions asked outside of that issue eight months in. I am still loving the bike. Thanks a lot very excited.!!!!!!!!!!

Bike is heavy and built strong. Takes a good beating when the kids are constantly riding it. Had an issue with an error code & the wiring and emailed customer service and received a reply within 24hours. They are sending out a new throttle assembly under warranty even though the warranty has expired.

I ride my bike to the health club and to work, great bike, shifted great, took bumps without anything effort, I love it get lots of compliments on it.it was easy to put together , arrived as stated.. great customer service,they are very knowledgeable and easy to work with I definitely give them five⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐They are great people.would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I received a defective E-bike and the vendor is not willing to paid for shipping to send it back or willing to refund the amount due to the e-bike not working. The seat moves, the brakes not work, and the back wheel makes a loud noise when in used. It's a terrible manufacture bike with way to long handles in the front and everything else I mentioned. Its a bad experience.

I have ridden this bike a lot around town and I love it. It has some squeaks and things but overall is a sturdy bike. The battery charger did die and when I contacted customer service they were very responsive and sent me a new one.

I usually don’t write reviews, but this bike delivered on everything at promisedThe range is great and the battery lasts a long time I get to and from work and I’m saving so much money I’m extremely grateful

Just received this bike and I'm very impressed with the high quality build. It was easy to assemble (came mostly assembled) The seat is comfortable and it's got some pick up. I'm a big guy and it has no problem zipping me around. This is the cheapest one with fat tires I found plus it comes with metal fenders and a rear bike rack which many more expensive almost identical bike do not come with. I only gave it 4 stars because I don't know how it will hold up or how the battery will endure or how customer service will be if needed, but based on first impressions very nice high quality bike for the price. Came well packaged and protected in mint shape. Very fun to ride too. I'd recommend this bike. Best price for this style.Update we've had this bike for a few months and great so far. My kid loves it. No issues so far and battery holds a good charge. Very solid bike. We call it the Bat Mobike cause if it's Matt black finish. Great purchase so far.

I like the bike but does not come with any operating instructions. So just need to figure it out.
