The best one yet
We bought this because it was recommended by pizza chefs on YouTube. We use for pizza, focaccia, but also bread. The baking quality is great, it raises for 6-8hours with great results. It is absolutely delicious and have recommended the product to all our friends passionate about baking.

Consistently good bread results with this flour. Highly recommended. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for and it’s a world away from bog standard supermarket bread flour.

Good flour for panettone. The only thing I have noticed is that is a little bit hard to absorbs fat. But overall I am happy with the product.

Ich habe dieses Mehl von Amatulli GmbH bestellt. Leider das erste Paket war beschädigt, das Mehl ist im Box gelaufen. Die Firma hat nächsten Tag sofort ein neues geschickt. Die haben das Problem sehr schnell gelöst. Das Mehl ist sehr gute Qualität. Ich empfehle die Firma und das Mehl auch.
