BROKE AFTER 3 WEEKS OF USE!!!
One strap broke off today and the remaining strap is frayed and ready to snap soon. My 11 year-old son used this backpack for 3 weeks before it broke. Very disappointed in the poor quality. He doesn't even carry a heavy load of books because most of his textbooks are digital and accessible online.
