This tool is a game changer! After a several unsuccessful tries, I looked at the lashes closely and realized the magnets on each set are either under the lash, or over the lash. You need one of each in order for this applicator to work. The strip with the magnets underneath is your top lash; the strip with the magnets on top is your bottom lash. When placing these lashes on the tool, the sides with the magnets should be facing each other, while the other side is stuck to the applicator. The result is the pull of the magnets facing each other is stronger than the pull of the applicator and the other side.
