This is a nice, compact pre-workout supplement for me for when I don't want to drink 500ml of artificially flavoured go go juice.I specifically chose this pack as it's got a good selection of supplements that I've used on and off over many years, supplements I already know work well with me and can aid with my fat loss goal.

My wife is taking these as a pre without supplement and she seems to be getting along really well with them. She prefers them to the caffeine gummies as apparently these don't mature her feel sick or jittery, even though caffeine is one of the ingredients along with raspberry extract and amino acids.They supposedly aid in fat burning and increase your metabolic rate as well as providing you with an energy boost and boosting muscle synthesis. They are cheap and the pills are quite small. if you do accidentally let one start dissolving in your mouth they don't taste very nice. but i guess you aren't supposed to do that. haven't seen any change in my health or weight loss etc (that's probably the fault of both me and cake). no ill effects experienced.

They seemed to wake me up, and helped me keep going but did not make me jittery at all, like some diet supplements do.I take them in the morning before breakfast, so they would be wearing off long before bedtime. For that reason, I don't have any disruption to my sleep (other than normal life stresses). I don't know what would happen if I took them later, but they contain caffeine, so odds are high it would wire me too much to sleep.
