So far my experience has been positive. I think the taste is not too bad nor is the texture. Some gummies can be awful and medicinal tasting. I also don't know if it was a coincidence or not, but with this last period, taking them regularly I experienced a much easier and tolerable time of the month lol

I had a great bottle of gummies that I was taking 5-7 days before my period each month and I was experiencing little to no cramping with them. They ran out so I decided to try these. They are ok and I didn’t have bad cramps, but still felt uncomfortable. Not as effective as the other bottle. I will say, I did not get headaches the week before like I typically do, so they did help with that and with pre-stuff. Just not so great on the cramps.

Because it is chewable, and it has the flavor of strawberry. I like to take one when my period is about to start, it provides me with the sense of relief that a small piece of this chewable will make it less painful as day goes on. I felt much better after taking it and I can lead my day in a more ordinary way, without having to worry about it is going to upset my stomach. Would recommend.

To be honest, I’ve only seen a difference in the bloating department. They have helped me some there. I have not seen a change with cramping or mood swings. The flavor is really good, and the ingredients seem okay.

The texture is a bit hard but tastes good. Size is reasonable.

I have been taking hormone balance gummies from another company on Amazon. They appeared to help a little, but they ran out, and I decided to try these. First thought on getting the bottle is that they look rather unappetizing. They are little heart gummies in a tan color, which to me seems the color of dead skin. But, once you get past that, there is a lot to like. The taste was good. Actually, I liked it better than the other gummies I was taking. I originally tried hormone regulating gummies because a friend had recommended chaste berry products as she found them really helpful. I couldn’t stomach the pills, aweful taste and decided to try gummies. One thing she and the labels all say is you have to take it daily for over a month to see results. I have noticed this is the case. If you are planning on trying this out to see if it helps you, commit for taking them daily for two months than reconsider if they help you. That means if you are buying this gummy bottle you would need two. Gummies normally are less potent than pills, but I have noticed an improvement with them. One thing I like about this particular brand is it separates out the amount of each herb (chaste berry is what I am looking for, but the others are probably good, too) contained in the gummies, the other one, I had, just explained that it had a certain amount of a blend of the herbs.

I don’t know why these are different from other pms remedies I have tried; but these actually do work! I am so impressed. I had the worst symptoms, and I took these as recommended, (the dose is 2 per day). Not only did these relieve my symptoms, but they tasted really good! They were easy to take, and they were shaped like little hearts! I would almost say that they are giftable, because they work, they’re cute, and they taste great!
