We have had a couple of these animal space hoppers for a couple of years and they have lasted really well, the others we had were rubber with no cover whereas this Unicorn has a rubber inner and a cover with a zipper. It is nice and fluffy and our daughter, 16 months, has loved bouncing on it. Really easy to inflate with a pump provided as well as a spare bung they are great fun. This one is going to have to live inside with the other two being outside toys for the last couple of years, but the fluffy cover would just not last outdoors but that's fine.

Got this lion hooper for my daughter as she loves lions. I used an electric pump to inflate it as it would take forever with the small pump provided. The hopper is sturdier than expected and feels safe for my little one. Good size and the price is not too bad.

Mr Lion has been an absolute hit with my little girl. She's 20 months old, he is the "protector" of her bedroom, and she loves playing with him as a hopper and as a friend.Pros:• Lovely, soft furry material (I expected it to be rubber)• Large size• Super stable with ears to hold onto• Bouncy and very durableCons:• NoneThe brand===============I can't find anything about U&C online, but I do see that they sell hoppers in a few different designs and other high quality, cute toys. From what I've read and the instructions, I trust this product enough to let my daughter play with it!Setting it up===============The cute hopper comes boxed, flattened with a pump and everything you need to get going.Instructions are clear and concise; you take the little white peg out, insert the pump, pump it up with the hand pump until it's super plump (which was far quicker and less noisy than expected), and then stick the peg back in to keep it blown up.You get a couple of spare parts and the zip covers the bottom so little hands can't just pull bits out. It would be difficult for a child to remove the plug, but not impossible, so just ensure they are supervised as the zip is quite easy to open.The toy itself===============My daughter has never used a hopper before so I wasn't sure whether she'd get it straight away. Initially she was just infatuated by the adorable, vividly coloured soft lion that is basically as big as her, and then she got that she could climb on him.She's more than big enough to ride on him and hold onto his ears, and will bounce on him sideways and is able to move him forwards.We've had no accidents (touch wood) so far and he hasn't toppled over at all; he's really sturdy and well-balanced in that respect and she finds it easy to get off of him without help.She also loves dragging him around by his ears or his tail, and generally he's been chucked about, lay on and hit, and the shell is so durable and has no signs of any damage or use after lots and lots of play.The verdict===============We all love Mr Lion in this house. Again, I was so impressed with the soft cover: it's so thick and soft, and it really makes the quality. My daughter just loves him and laughs gleefully whenever she sees him, and also puts a blanket on him before bed.I can't recommend him enough as a little friend for any toddler, or any of his companions in different styles. A 100% fantastic toy and I wouldn't hesitate to buy it for the price it's being sold for.

Easy to inflate with the included pump, and easy to deflate, this cute lion hopper is loved in our house. The detachable plush cover is soft and warm. We machine washed the cover and it is still in perfect shape, and fits the hopper perfectly, but the beautifully fluffy lion's mane is shredding hair. The lion design is cute, my toddler loves hopping about on this. This is a very sturdy and durable toy, I would recommend it for toddlers.

Very cute hopper toy.After opening the packaging it was very surprising at the high quality this toy looks and feels. The lion mane is very soft and the material for the body is a soft velvet material. Would argue it's worth the £31.99 because of the high quality.The toy is a decent size for a 18+ month child.It was very easy to inflate, it out took a few minutes, quicker than expected. The instructions on the box is very simple to follow.The rubber insert that inflates seems durable, it feels like it's quite thick so hopefully it is not easy to burst.Overall the design of the hopper is very attractive to kids, the ears act as the handles.Will provide endless fun for kids.Highly recommend
