School had crazy hair day needed something quick that would last one day not longer he was happy it washed out as hoped was easy to use and all went well for crazy hair day at school

The kids love this hair chalk and as a parent I was DELIGHTED by how easily it washed out. It’s also easy to apply and even if you make a mess it’s easy and quick to clean up and wash your hands without stains. The color lasts until you wash it out and doesn’t transfer to pillows or clothes either!The complaint from the kids was that their hair was crunchy and sticking out weird where the color was applied. The solution to that is to brush the hair but it pulls terribly and both kids said it really hurt to brush it to a “normal/natural” look. But once we got past that hurdle it was cute.This would be best for wanting to add color to styled, gelled hair that you want held in place with either gel or hairspray. But not ideal for just having pops of color with their hair down or flowing naturally as it really hurts to brush it out. Maybe I’ll try brushing each chunk out with a soft bristle brush and see if that helps.

I'm sure this works wonders on blonde hair but on medium colored hair this is barely visible. I bought it hoping it might sit on top of the hair enough to be seen but the colors are a bit muted. Still a decent buy for the price but don't expect super vibrant colors unless you're working on quite light hair.

This is great for a blonde kiddo but for my mid brown haired gal, the colors are pretty subtle. She still really likes being able to put in the fun colors but do not plan on all of these showing if you are not using it on blonde hair. Very easy to remove without it staining the hair.

Love this temporary color, works great, yet washes out easily.

Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is it's a little hard to apply.I saw people complaining about it leaving their hair crunchy but with curly hair, I don't mind as the product I use in my curls is kinda crunchy anyway!Would buy again if the tubes were larger.
