Decent product, maybe a little pricey
Bought the tablets for an existing machine in the house we moved in to, as the machine kept giving an error message until descaled. Hard to say how much scale it actually removed but the water seems clear now.The product was well packaged and arrived quickly.Only drawback is they are pretty pricey for this number of tablets, but I'm not sure how you can get round that with a Miele product!

Miele Coffee Maker Descaler Tablets
Miele machines are too expensive to use other "descaler" tablets for. While they may be cheaper to buy, these tablets may destroy the machine, and this would prove more expensive in the long run. So I, grudgingly mind you, bought these Miele ones. Sold by Miele for Miele machine so must be effective.

Worth the extra money.
I had tried using a liquid descaler in my CM5100 but never sure if it worked properly. The descaler tablets are a little more expensive, but well worth the cost if you want a good clean, and great tasting coffee afterwards.
