Five star product.
Product purchase is very good, liked it but unfortunately belt is small to get fit on my knee, so can you replace it with slightly bigger belt. Thanks if you co operate.

Insufficient amount of gel in pads when compared with each other
Poor Quality and packing is worse, might be used product/ someone else return due to poor quality, packs is such a way and not responding for replacement. There is a clear inconsistency in gel quantity between the two knee pads. One pad has adequate gel, whereas the other contains significantly less, which impacts performance. Felt bad and upset with this product.

Overall knee capture is good but the velcro is not powerful. It does not stick and can't work while wearing it.

This portable knee cap is really value for money item . Very easy to use, leakage proof and good pain reliever for those who is suffering pain at knee joints.

Leaking after 2 months of use
It’s leaking after 2 months of use. I have posted the pictures for the same. Product is fine but cannot neglect this quality.

Gel is very hard one its freeze cant tied up knees

Good for hot and cold therapy.

Poor quality not meeting the sole purpose of the prdt.
After freezing the gel pack, it’s rock hard unlike other prdts which are soft in frozen condition. This issue essentially does not allow for wrapping the gel band around the knees and hence a total useless product
