Delicious taste of baby spinach🤤
Lambsquarter is a "wild spinach"That's what my Grampa said. Used to grow wild along fence rows that surrounded corn fields. I never pick it wild any more because the county uses herbicides to keep the weeds down at the edge of the road these days. So I plant it at the edge of my backyard fence.Pick the top 2/3 of a stalk that's 12-18" tall. Stuff a brown paper grocery sack for supper. It wilts quickly when u steam it.It TASTES like buttered spinach BEFORE you add ANYTHING to it.Use butter and salt&pepper to taste. It's yummy ! 😊the little envelope has 1000 seeds. If u sprinkle in a 18" wide and 50ft long row, u can let 1-2 ft of the plants go to seed. Then catch and dry seeds on a cloth covered side table and u will not have to buy seeds again. They LOOK like poppy seeds, very teeny.....a tinyZiploc, like for a baby's snak of 10 Cheerios, is the perfect size bag for storage. Label w black indelible Sharpie. Enjoy this healthy treat....👋👵

Slow shipping, pricey seeds, no germination
If you're timing the planting of these seeds, allow a lot of lead time because they take forever to ship. There are alternatives at lower prices. Planted per instructions. Waited. Nothing. Not one. I thought these were supposed to grow like weeds??

Not a single seed sprouted
I was going to use these seeds to enhance and edible, outdoor flowerbed but not a single seed sprouted or grew from this package; I grew up farming and maintaining indoor/outdoor gardens, for some reason these seeds were all DOA.

few germinated, and those didn't grow well
I received a couple packs of seeds. After sowing them in loose soil, though, only a small percentage germinated. They didn't grow well, though I can't be certain if maybe the soil type wasn't ideal (in garden boxes with garden soil), or if it was something related to my location (full to partial sun in western Oregon).
