I think these are the best oatmeal cookies I have ever eaten. Period. But I really appreciate that they are gluten-free. And, now I can't seem to find them available anywhere. I sincerely hope XO Baking Company won't stop making them.

Very easy, an egg, some butter and vanilla extract. Easy to mix and good flavor.

We went looking for the best gluten free cookie mix & experimented with several brands - King Arthur, Precise, gf Jules, Good Dees, etc. There was simply no comparison to this cookie mix by XO Baking. We compared nutrition facts and this product was at the top. We even got superior results when we substituted plant butter and oil for butter. Also added sugar free chocolate chips and organic walnuts, which made a great cookie. Can't recommend highly enough.

The cookies do not crumble like most gluten-free cookies batters do, but you will need to add a little more vanilla for taste and more chips to get a really good cookie.

I thought there were six packages, but in reality, it was just saying it makes 6 cookies. $14 for six cookies even if the packaging was good, is not a good value. I will not purchase again.

I don’t even bother making coolies from scratch anymore. Add chocolate chips to these and it’s the perfect cookie. Doesn’t taste GF at all!!

Made these for Christmas this year and have to say they are super yummy. It's not easy to find moist gluten free items, but this is. I followed the instructions exact, and kept my cookies thick, they came out soft and chewy on the inside while crunchy and sugary on the outside. Definitely a fan!

It does the job when you don't wanna cook oatmeal cookies or don't have the time. The taste is fine, i usually add a lot of things to make it tastier. Also it's gluten free and the texture is pretry good.

I’ve made these several times for family members with wheat intolerances and I have to say, these are better than cookies made with wheat ! They’re easy to make, chewy, and have lots of flavour. ( I add raisins or choc chips) A bit pricy but delicious.
