Before purchasing I emailed PAUTIX customer service with questions. I was planning cut the strip to install under three sets cabinets and control them via a switched outlet. I needed to know if the lights would retain their settings across the segments. I got a quick reply from Bella in customer service confirming the lights could be segmented and retain their settings. She also recommended the connectors and wire I would needed to connect the different segments. Super helpful.Amazon delivered quickly but when I opened my PAUTIX LED light strip, I found that the connectors between the lights and the controller did not match. I emailed PAUTIX customer service describing the problem and within hours had a response requesting pictures of the connectors and the box. Stickers on the box indicated that the light set was previously returned to Amazon and the lights were not the original lights. PAUTIX immediately shipped a new light strip which arrived in just a couple days. It worked perfectly and provides excellent even lighting.The light set itself is super easy to use and control. I cut my strip into separate segments and ran some wiring to connect the segments. My only complaint is that the connectors (purchased separately) are a little difficult to use. They work great on the light strip side but getting the three wires into the other side is difficult an finicky and not super reliable -- it took multiple tries (per connector!) to get a decent 3-wire connection. Even then too much jiggle causes problems. Luckily, once everything is good and mounted there won't be any jiggle.In the end, everything looks and works great! My multiple exchanges with customer service were an excellent experience - fast and easy! I don't think I've ever had a better customer service experience! (Thanks Bella!)

Simple to set up and seem to work pretty well, so far. The only annoyance is the delay in turning on.

I’ve been researching the best led strip lights and gosh there are a lot of pros and cons on all of them. I learned of COB lighting, and from there leaned of CCT lighting and saw there were RGB strips available, however, I was only looking for white. But I didn’t know what temperature would work best. When I saw tunable white strips available, I knew these would be perfect, however, these came out not too long before I ordered it and components are not readily available. They eventually will be, as advised by the company. I contacted their customer service who were quick to provide an update, which I really appreciate. These lights really are tunable, from warm orange-gold hue to blue tinged white. They are bright and dimmable. However, the dimming on the remote is a little irritating where the button seems to jump from medium brightness to ultra low, nothing in between, like medium low. The adhesive is strong, but don’t know how long it will hold up. It doesn’t get very hot, like some online reviewers claim, but that may be because I have good airflow where I installed it. If you get any separate jump cables and connectors, be aware the gauge of wire, since they are thinner. I plan to order more so I can outfit another shelf with them.

Wish I would’ve looked at the smaller pictures with the magnifying glass, so I could see that it does not have a smooth cover over the lights, when the lights are off it still looks like regular led , seller suggest putting in a diffuser channel I will have to search for one. Great seller fixed my issue.

Quite happy with this.1. I mounted mine on "ceiling grid molding" which allows for nice diffusion by bouncing the light off the ceiling. See the photo.2. Strip is flexible and I did not need any connectors to turn the corners.3. There is a visible voltage drop as you go along the strip, but this is just a limitation of LED strip tech as far as I know. If you were using RGBs and wanted to actually look at the lights, maybe that matters. But if just just want to create diffused lighting it doesn't matter.4. There is some relatively fragile soldering every 2 feet or so along the strip. As long as you stick it where you want correctly the first time, it's no issue. If you need to peel it off, there is some risk of damage.5. They sell a connector kit. It took me some time to figure out how to use them best, but once you do, the connectors work great.6. I got this because the adjustable color temperatures allow me to simulate the sun throughout the day and move closer to true circadian lighting.7. This strip is twice as long as another brand I tested. Great.Great job. PAUTIX.

The media could not be loaded. I haven’t used all features because I don’t truly need all of it; but the product is everything I wanted. In the video my kitchen lights are turned off. I wanted something bright enough so I can see the counter space while I cook/bake. I have tried several “under the counter” lights and they “somewhat” got the job done, but not entirely. This was extremely easy to install; I love that it already comes with adhesive tape and a remote. This is totally dimmable also. It definitely serves the purposes of why I bought it and adds a touch of elegance.
