I first came across hexclad pots at a Costco roadshow. I bought a cheaper version of it on Amazon a few years ago. I have been using it everyday for everything. Occasionally I wanted a smaller companion pan for making eggs and smaller portions. Now my dream comes true. This one is even more cost effective, lighter, comfortable to handle, heats up fast, nonstick, hard to scratch. It just rinses off without dish detergent. Love it!

A great pan for preparing stir fry meals but can be used for many cooking tasks. High walls allow pan to be a perfect choice frying chicken, cutlets and beef patties. And clean up is easy because it has a great non-stick surface.

Non stick is great. Like being able to use metal utensils. Cleans up easily. For those having sticking issues turn down heat and absolutely no cooking spray. Would have giving 5 stars but non stick portion of surface is a Teflon material not ceramic or stoneware.

Super heavy duty pan, super thick metal, with hexagon patterns on surface to help avoid stickiness. Hard surface not easy to scratch up. The size I purchase was a small size would only do 1-2 person meal, but would be nice for breakfast like sunny side up/ sausage. If prepare for larger meal then would go up on size.

The size is perfect for me, and it's not heavy to hold, also it doesn't smoke crazy ,it heats evenly won't burnt easily.and the back is made of stainless steel. easy to clean and won't be damaged easily when put in the dishwasher.👍🏽

There are a lot of restriction on how to use and clean this pan than were stated in the advertisement. The rest of this review was taken from the instructions - This Stainless Steel pan is safe and non-toxic , BUT IT IS NOT A COMPLETELY NON-STICK PAN. Avoid detergent residue as it may corrode the surface of the pan. Avoid direct rinsing of hot pans with cold water and rapid temperature changes. The most important thing is to preheat the pan to the right temperature. Add oil when the temperature is high enough to keep the food from stick to the inside bottom of the pan. Heat the pan up on medium to small power first. After use let the pan cool before cleaning to avoid damaging the pan. If the sticky food in the pan is not easy to remove you can add water to the pan to boil, white vinegar can be added if available. Distribute the heat evenly in the with a mild detergent. - It is recommended to use a wooden spatula, please cook over low to medium heat.

I have an old electric stove which heats up pretty slow, but with this pan it was surprisingly fast! I made my one fried egg in couple minutes. It was non stick also, but you do need to put some oil for sure. The size was smaller than i expected so be sure to pay attention to the size. Overall it is a nice quality small non stick pan.

this is a nice pan i use this pan to pan fried everything, it’s so easy to cook and no-stick,also it’s so easy to heat up! so far so good!
