Highly effective! So much so the flavor can be over looked.... if you’re used to the flavor of liposomal glutathione or aminos its very easy to adjust to the flavor and blended into smoothies makes it almost unnoticeable.The formulation is one of my favorites too. No crash and no upset stomach.

My trainer recommended this product. I was using it for weight loss. I drank it first thing in the am and then again in the afternoon. I was on a keto diet.

Puts me into an immediate ketogenic state. Very helpful on days where I'm trying to do a 24 hour fast (e.g. from dinner to dinner). I will take it in the morning, and it keeps me dialed in throughout the day.

The flavor was not bad. I definitely got used to it. It’s suppose to be a mango/ tropical flavor. Not too bad. It’s not gritty at all if you mix throughly.

It came with an expiration date of less than one month. The supplement is supposed to last longer than that. It expires in September 2020 and it arrived un August.
