Bought gray/cream by mistake, so exchanged it for black/cream. Gray was a true medium gray (definitely gray, not black) with off-white, providing an overall light gray and white appearance. Black is much darker (cuz it's black), which works better with my interior colors. The webpage pictures were accurate.The 4X6 rug is a flat weave, but relatively thick/substantial and it may be too heavy when wet for a household washing machine and dryer, so I'll use a laundromat. The weave is moderately loose and will tighten up after it's washed and dried and shrunk a little. It's heavy enough to stay down on the floor, but needs a non-skid mat to prevent bunching. It's about $20 less than similar rugs I've looked at, and with free shipping and easy returns through Amazon, it's an excellent value.

the rug is quite nice...soft, neutral, washable. that said, upon the first washing (on gentle cycle), it came out with snags and woven areas frayed, it also shrunk more than expected, even having been washed in cool water and tumble dried on low for 10 minutes before hanging dry.

Great product for price! Wish there was a bigger version!

Bought grey and it is really more black. But I like the rug.
