So I got this wireless mouse and I gotta say, it's pretty darn good, especially for the price. It's super comfy to hold, like it just fits in my hand nicely. I love that it has extra buttons on the side cause I use em all the time for stuff like going back and forward on websites. I even found some software to make them do exactly what I want like macro keys. The wireless part is great too, hasn't given me any problems yet.It doesn't work on glass tables, so heads up about that.

Quite frankly this mouse definitely surprised me a little bit. I use this mouse as a work mouse at my lab since it was wireless and cheap. For a mouse that costed me $10, I expected to have to change the batteries once every 3 months or so. I bought this mouse mid September, and have used it everyday for a minimum of 8 hours. I also sometimes work 6 out of 7 days. So we're talking 45-55 hour weeks here for 7.5 months and I have yet to change the batteries or have any issues with this mouse. I'll definitely update if anything goes wrong, but I believe I've already gotten my moneys worth with this product.

I've had this for about 8 months, and the wheel has stopped working. It started out as a great product, but I've never had the wheel just stop working in such a short period of time. When I spin it, there is no clicking, and the page does not move. I use it daily for work, but have had others for years before needing to replace them.

Originally I had difficulty pairing the wireless “purple mouse”. I was able to make contact with Janie, a customer support representative. She was exceptionally helpful and worked with me in determining my problem. After some discussion, we concluded that the mouse was defective. I was offered either a new mouse or a rebate. As I had already purchased a replacement, I opted for the rebate.The five-star rating largely represents the strength of their customer support. I was impressed with their willingness to listen to my complaint and work towards my satisfaction. Other companies should take note: customer support is vital to continued success. This company exemplified this level of service

I initially bought this mouse in August 2024. Several months later, I started having a minor issue with the vertical scrolling wheel. I contacted customer support, and true to their warranty, they assisted me promptly. After trying to clean the wheel as per their suggestion, I replied back that the step helped partially. They then offered to send me a replacement free of charge. I wish it to be known that I would recommend this company to anyone wanting a great mouse device, and with the knowledge that this company will back their warranty with integrity.

It was great for the first month. I was using it for work 8-10 hours a day and it was pretty comfortable. It would be more comfortable to use if the size was a bit bigger, but for about $10.00 I wasn't complaining until it just quit responding this morning when I logged in for work. I've replaced the batteries, gone through all the trouble shooting steps and tried using it on my personal laptop and the most I get out of it is 30 seconds before it quits responding again. And of course it's just past the 30 day return window. I've sent the manufacturer a message through their site asking for a refund or replacement. If I don't get a response I won't be purchasing this brand again. So we shall see.Update: The manufacturer responded to my email within 24 hours. Asked me to repeat a few of the troubleshooting steps which still didn't work and have now agreed to send me a replacement for no additional charge. So given that and hoping the new one works for longer than 40 days, I changed my rating to 5 stars.
