a great toy just some of the sides are really open and the blocks fly out so easily! other than that it is great and my daughter loves it

So far, the little girl I ordered this for is really enjoying this toy. She is able to both insert and remove the blocks herself with little effort and seems to feel a great sense of accomplishment in doing so. (ESPECIALLY when she gets the blocks to go through the same shaped holes)

My grandson loves this thing. He doesn't use the shape holes, but he'll push all of his smaller toys through the elastic dividers and use it as sort of a toy box. He's 14 months old, but he does like to clean up his things at the end of the day. He takes all of his blocks and will store them in this, along with all the pieces this came with. We've been trying to show him how the shapes fit in the different sides, but so far he hasn't been very interested in that. Oh well, he likes the other sides, and I like that he picks up.

I didn't receive the pegs so I got a nice wooden box of holes. Amazon's customer service was undergoing changes and I gave up on trying to resolve the issue. Anyway lovely box of holes.

I got this toy for a 1 year and 3 months old baby and she absolutely loved it. She was very entertained with the toy. The toy is very well made and pleasant to the touch. Looks durable. The wood is polished and does not have any splinters. Colors are vivid and consistent throughout the pieces. Each shaped toy/piece had good weight and also had a small bell inside. The baby loved how they make noise. The size was adequate for the baby. Baby was able to handle/manipulate the “box” easily. Definitely a must have Montessori inspired toy.
