Absolutely Transformed My Indian Modak Sandstone
This sealer truly elevated the look of my Indian ‘Modak’ sandstone. I applied it using a basic roller I picked up on Amazon for around £6—it was simple and hassle-free. I applied a generous coat, and the results were almost instant. The stone’s natural tones and texture came to life beautifully, giving it a rich, enhanced finish. It dried fairly quickly, though I waited a full 24 hours before walking on it to allow the sealer to settle and bond properly. While I do feel it’s a bit on the pricier side, the results speak for themselves—absolutely worth every penny. After several rainfalls and regular use, I can confidently say it’s not slippery at all, contrary to some concerns I’d read in other reviews. If you want your stonework to look its best and stay protected for years to come, I’d highly recommend this product.

Product seems to do what it says on the tin
Only been down about 5 days but seems to do the trick. Brings out the colour of the stone and sealed against staining. If you are going to use your patio for bbq cooking it will avoid grease marks. As long as the seal wears well I am pleased. although pricey it will be worth it in the long run. Choose a dry ( not to hot) and apply with a brush and roller.

You get what you buy. Great product
I was told by my landscaper not to skimp on sealer for my sandstone patio. He said to get this. Expensive but does what it says on the tin. Looks great and stains wipe off

Worth it
Great product. I’m in the construction industry and laid lots of Indian sandstone and always thought wouldn’t it be great to show the colour like it does when it rains. This product does exactly that. Easier to keep clean and hopefully will protect pointing. Not sure how long it will last as only a week since brushed on. But looks fantastic. Worth every penny

Best stuff to seal indian sandstone
This product genuinely brings out the color in sandstone patios. I've applied it twice to my patio. I found it was much more effective the first time when the stone was freshly laid, but it still significantly improved the look when I reapplied it a few years later. It imparts a beautiful 'wet look' to the stone, enhancing all the natural colours really well. It does make the surface slightly more slippy, but not in a dangerous way. This is probably the best enhancer on the market for Indian sandstone. Installation is easy using a small foam roller (the type you use for gloss paint); it goes on like an oil. It dries quite quickly, but it needs a full day to set without getting wet, so it's definitely best to apply during the summer months.

Pricey but well worth it.
Application is a doddle, results are impressive. Really brings out the character of the stone without leaving a gawdy-looking overly glossy finish. Very good product and it’s made in Britain 🇬🇧.
