One Last Rainy Day: The Legacy of a Prince: The Ravenhood Legacy, Book 1

I have been putting off reading this book for so long because I knew what was coming. Exodus literally broke me and I knew I was going to be right back in that same situation reading this, and I'm still crying! If you are also on the fence I encourage you to go for it. It brings the story full circle and answers so many questions. You will cry but it's so worth it. Her writing is fantastic and I can't wait to read her other books and continue the legacy series!

This book is almost entirely Dom’s POV (with the exception of the last 5% or so). I will never stop recommending this entire series. The Ravenhood series should be read before this book.Even knowing how this book was going to end, it was still heartbreaking. I had this book for a while and read it slowly because I didn’t want it to be over. It’s an emotional experience. Kate’s words are beautiful and bring Dom to life. It’s a perfect addition to the trilogy. Even though I was still crying, it was a tribute to Dom and wrapped up his story.

All the pieces snap together . Questions answered and your heart is broken all over again. A beautiful and painful read.

In fact, I almost did not read it because I had mourned Dom. But after a week of debating, I had to read it.This book answered a lot of questions I had, and I appreciate you even more for answering them in this book.My heart absolutely broke all over again. Alligator tears had my shirt soaked.But it was definitely worth the read.You captured all of the emotions from this reader, again, and then some.Everything flowed so flawlessly.An amazing book! Extremely recommend.The ending where you explain Dom's story to Delphine, that personal story you included in here was really amazing to read. Thank you for sharing that.I'm a Ravenhood girl forever, and always.

This book is so good. It captures so many emotions, you will not want to put it down. I love the Ravenhood series! Be sure and read them in order!

Uhhhh I just finished this book and I still can’t see straight from all the tears!This book was the most beautiful punishment. The entire book hurt because you knew what was coming but it was written so well. The way we got every little bit of Dom and to understand him and love him even more. Absolute perfection.I cried harder than I’ve ever cried through a book through the majority of this book. I loved it!!!

I loved revisiting the characters in this retelling from Dom's POV, but it had been a while since I read the last one. Unfortunately I think this was written for readers with better memories or those who had read the last book more recently. There were too many times where the story was really vague, likely because the author assumed the reader would just remember what was happening from the first two books. It would have been a much better book if there were more background and reminders provided.

My heart still hasn't healed from the first time I read The Ravenhood Triology. Dom, my most beloved character, to read from his perspective was a just absolute joy and further heartbreak.To see the world through Dom's eyes was an adventure you didn't know you needed. It was the salve to sooth your heartbreak and understand his side in the original trilogy.This book is a treasure, and will always hold a special place in my heart.Also no, you can't read this without reading the original series.

Perfect return to Triple Falls from Dominic’s perspective, if you have read the original ravenhood trilogy then this is a must for your collection. Nice cover design too :)
