Portwest PV50 Peak View Safety Hard Hat with UV Protection, Vented Smoke

Sweet looking hard hat. Don't have much use for the peak view much since I flipped my suspension the other way around but when I did use it it was pretty cool. Not too useful but comfortable hard hat to wear all day long 10+hr shifts. And it looked cool too. Got compliments on it and I plan to get one in another color soon just for the hell of it

The hardhat is adjustable but it doesn't have a adjustment knob. The hat is very cool made in Australia when you put it on do you want to drink at Foster's great hat

This hard hat works as it should and seems to be a very high quality made in Australia. When the sun is high and it's warm out oh, the hat is like a sauna!

The quality of this hard hat is unbelievable for the price paid. The clarity of the "see through" plastic is awesome. The only reason it isn't a 5 star rating is that the headband isn't a ratcheting style but a simple slide and clip which is very flimsy and won't last long. I'll replace the headband with a ratcheting style and use this hard hat for a very long time!

I use a hardhat daily and loved this one but it comes with an extremely cheap suspension inside...breaks within a month of so...the hat is great but now I'm stuck with 2 Kool hats I can't wear...where can I get replacements that fit? The slots are smaller than average hats so good luck finding a replacement suspension

I am blind when a visor is over my eyes. I was working on a new stage system and kept walking into crossbeams and overhead steel work all because there was a solid visor over my eyes. I thought: If there is a clear hard hat maker out there I need their product. This Hat works great! Now I am aware of what is above my head so I don't walk into it! Brilliant!! Every Hard Hat should be clear!!!

Working with heavy machinery and lifting things above my head, I love the increased field of view with this hat. Gone are the days of pushing the hat aside in order to see what's above me. The vents are a nice touch - positioned so that rain can't come in, but you get a little breeze through the hat. I find that the band sits in a slightly odd position around my forehead, but I'll probably try swapping out the suspension if it really starts to bug me. One note - if you are working in very dusty conditions or somewhere that your hat gets a lot of bumps and scratches, you may have to keep it clean in order to maintain visibility through the brim. Visibility is obscured very quickly if scratches and dust accumulate. We'll see how it holds up over time, but so far I'm very happy with my purchase.

Love this item!! Very unique hardhat and I get lots of compliments because of it. I wanted a regular pink one but when I saw this one I immediately bought it!! Love that they have a variety of colours to choose from. The hardhat seems to come from somewhere in the UK but the delivery was super quick!! Very impressed!

Love this hat. Use it all day for work. Can see the cranes etc through the hat. Everyone has been asking about it.

Super surprised how comfy this hard hat is. Can see clearly through the cap also. Get for those i forgot my safety glasses moments and some grinding needs to be done. The vent keeps my head at a good temp. Good buy.

Was very impressed with the transparent colour. Head stap worked. Could not get reflective tape to stick even after washing in soup. Used crazy glue and attached. Now looks good and safe at night. I get many compliments.
