Product sucks, don’t buy it. It does not charge at all. I got it and turned it on i Thought it was pretty cool then when I was actually going to use it does not charge at all. It shows the icon charging but the battery does not charge all

Terrible. Battery Drains even faster with it attached
The media could not be loaded. Terrible. I connected this thing to my switch and its draining the battery even though it says its charging. 2 the switch is a powerful handheld. Why the heck does this not come with a base? 3rd gripe is if the switch is usb type c wouldnt it make more sense if the charger to this item was type c? No its micro usb. So between the product not working and being packaged with no base and only micro usb it also only turns on. Yes it only turns on when the switch is attached. You cant turn it off lol. This product is a joke. Give me my money back.

Does not charge
i bought the product thinking it will work but it doesnt. i get indicating lights that the pack is charging itself but when i go and attach it to my switch it doesnt charge it at all. i tried to turn it on by holding the button down for various moments of time with no luck.

Doesn't Work
I've had this for a year. I haven't needed to use it that much but I like to have an extra battery for travelling. The device claims to be charging the Switch but the charger just shuts off after a few minutes. It doesn't charge that fast, anyways, but with it shutting off randomly it's basically useless.

Its a terrible battery. It hardly charges while I play. I'm looking to return this item for a refund
