I've used a lot of Dixie Belle chalk paint colors but this was my first experience with their moonshine metallics. It's gorgeous but I was surprised that it is as translucent as it is. I used it over pink champagne chalk paint and also used the moonshine metallic wedding belle (light yellow). Be aware that it needs a very even base color and the more coats you of the metallic, the darker the color. I just LOVE it and highly recommend.
