70mm Quick Release Plate Fits Arca-Swiss Standard for Camera Tripod Ballhead

Fits perfectly fine

Bought this to replace an older (and longer) RRS plate, which - when used on the bottom of a Mamiya C220 - was just a touch too long. This plate seems to work well, although I've yet to see how if holds up over time. The only thing to add is, in common with others, I found the little allen bolts at each end of the plate were a nuisance, preventing the plate from being slid into place on my Arca-compatible tripod head. However, they are easily removed and it would seem petty to deduct a star for something that really isn't a problem.

Does the job. My only quibble is that the metal loop on the plate is rather small - i like to keep the plate screwed to my camera at all times and attach my camera strap to it. However it can be very fiddly getting the strap's carabiner through the loop of the plate (my other arca plate has a far more generous loop). For the price though, i can't really complain and would buy again.

I bought this as a secondary plate to use on my backup video body (5d mark iii). All my other cameras are already equipped to use Arca plates and I just needed to make sure that the 5D was ready to go on the same tripods if needed. The plate is sturdy, fits well and doesn't give me any cause for concern about causing damage to the camera. Recommended

My reservations with regard to this product is that when the camera is used in portrait mode, there is a tendency for the plate to slip on the camera despite having pads to prevent this happening. I'm averse to over-tightening the attachment screw because that could damage the camera.

Not much to say about this plate. It's well made and fits like the original and holds the camera tight. Very happy with it

Bought to attach to the collar foot of a Fujinon XF 55-140 f/2.8 lens so that I can connect the lens to my Really Right Stuff Ball Heads. Holds it completely securely. Much better value for money than buying a RRS QR plate.

Macht, was es soll! Hält Kamera oder Objektiv zuverlässig auf dem Stativkopf. Die vordere und hintere Sicherung sorgt dafür, dass die Wechselplatte nicht versehentlich aus dem Schnellspanner rutschen kann. Bei meinem großen Objektiv nutze ich eine zweite 1/4" Schraube um die Platte zu befestigen. Alles in Allem eine gute, günstige Alternative, um sie auch dauerhaft an Kamera oder Objektiv zu belassen.

It’s durable, tough and fits the need of an arca Swiss plate. Has served me well for a long time now.

I use my tripod for various things (DSLR, iPhone, GoPro), and even though its a must, like many photographers I hate having to carry it around, I also hate having to swap the plate every time I want to use a different device. I found this plate at a great price and thought I'd give it a try as its a bit longer than the stock one but the same width, and though it might be more stable for when I set my DSLR on a surface when it's not on the tripod as well as save me from having to remove it every time. So far it works great, build quality is at par with the plate that came with my tripod.

Not much to say about it. If you're considering something more expensive, not sure why you'd bother. It's works perfectly, build is solid and adjusts with a D ring. Plenty of grippy rubber to prevent slipping, but they all slip and need constant retightening anyway (except the ones that are custom built for your camera...and those often scratch the body). Highly Recommend.
