Where?
Used this on a patient with tunneling wounds. It came apart in sections the next day when I went to change the dressing and was difficult to remove. I flushed the tunnel thoroughly w/a small syringe - I have no way to know right now if there is still any debris inside the tunnel, which can certainly cause an infection and delay my patient's wound healing progress. Another brand of silver alginate flat rope I use goes in as a strip, and comes out cleanly in a strip.

AVOID!! Fell apart inside a tunneled wound!
